We craft websites that don’t just look good — they feel right. Custom-built, design-forward, and always a little unexpected. We’re looking for a Creative WordPress Developer who takes a Figma file and turns it into something the internet didn’t know it needed.
No page builders. No bloated themes. Just clean, custom WordPress development that matches the quality of the designs we make.
Convert high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, performant front-ends — with attention for the little things that make a difference. Build custom WordPress themes from scratch, the right way. Develop flexible, well-structured ACF blocks that give editors power without breaking the design. Work closely with our designers and other developers to keep the quality bar where it belongs. Help us decide on tooling, workflows and how we keep leveling up our WordPress stack.
Strong HTML, SCSS and JavaScript skills — you know your way around Flex, Grid and clean component structure. Solid experience building custom WordPress themes (no Divi, no Elementor, just code). Hands-on experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and flexible content structures. An eye for design — you spot when something is 2px off and it bothers you. Comfortable with Git, CLI and a modern build setup (Vite, npm, …). Notions of PHP are a must, deeper PHP skills are a bonus.
Affinity with motion and UI animations (GSAP, Lenis, …). Experience with other CMS tools like Statamic or Craft CMS. A portfolio that makes us say “okay, that’s good.”
